Nicola Hall, author of Hand Reflexology for Practitioners, runs Hand Reflexology Days to allow a more in-depth look at this specialist form of reflexology and to encourage the use of this method of treatment.

Although hand reflexology is included in the Bayly School Practitioner Course and on other courses, many practitioners use this very little and often lack confidence at giving treatment to hands. However, there are times when hand reflexology may be more appropriate than foot reflexology.

This day will be an opportunity to explore the uses of hand reflexology and will involve theory and practical work.
